Online Registration is closed. We can not process your online registration in time for 

class start date. Please contact the studio via email or in person during our office hours 

to register. 

Classes start Saturday, September 7th.

2019 - 2020 Dates (Subject to change)

Classes begin SATURDAY, September 7, 2019 – note classes start on a SATURDAY.

No Dance dates:

  • Saturday, October 12 – Monday, October 14 inclusive (Thanksgiving weekend)
  • Thursday, October 31 (Halloween)
  • Monday, November 11 (Remembrance Day)
  • Tuesday, December 17 – Friday, January 3 inclusive (Christmas break)
  • Monday, February 17 (Family Day)
  • Tuesday, March 17 – Saturday, March 28 inclusive (Spring break)

NOTE: Classes RUN AS SCHEDULED Monday, March 17 during Spring break

  • Friday, April 10 – Monday, April 13 inclusive (Easter break)

 

NOTE: Dance classes WILL BE IN SESSION on Monday, May 18 (Victoria Day)

 

Parent viewing week: December (last class before Christmas break) and March (last class before Spring break) to be confirmed with instructor.

 

 

Tuition is based per dancer averaged over a 9 month dance year

 

$30 Registration Fee required per family at time of registration. This registration fee is mandatory and non refundable. (Toddler.5 hrs/week, Adult and special sessions exempt registration fee).

 

Payment options:

  • Payment must be IN FULL at registration or one of our PAYMENT PLANS in place. A payment plan must be in place for all payments. No month to month.
  • Payment plan options: credit card, Pre Authorized Debit, PayPal automatic billing (NO POST DATED CHEQUES)
  • Payment term options: One payment in full Sept. 1, three payments Sept. 1, Dec. 1, March 1, nine payments Sept. 1 – May 1.
  • Costume deposits are an additional cost. $65/per class (includes tax) and required in full at time of registration or included in your payment plan for November 15, 2019.
  • Home Learner: one payment in full or 3 payments.

 

Terms:

  • Signed agreement waiver form must be received at time of registration.  An additional $75 administration fee will be charged to any accounts not following one of the above standard payment procedures. This can be added at anytime your payment method changes to something other than the above payment plans and is due immediately.
  • NEW One month tuition will be charged for any classes DROPPED in the month of September. There is no extra charge for switching to a different class, but dropping a class will incur tuition due for September.
  • One month advance (of 1st of the month) written notice is required for withdrawal from classes and will be accepted until January 1, 2020. No withdraws or refunds after January 1. NO EXCEPTIONS. (Company & Crew – no withdraws or refunds after November 1. 2019.)
  • There is a $30 NSF charge for all returned cheques/payments.
  • There is a $30 studio charge for all returned cheques and $50 charge for returned PAD payments. Additional bank fees may apply. See PAD agreement.
  • Family Discount: 15% off 2nd, 3rd, 4th family member’s tuition fees. 15% off Family Discounts are applied to the family member with the LESSER amount of monthly fees.
  • NEW Refunds will not be issued for tuition or costume credits less than $20. It can be applied as credit only.
  • Exam fees, Festival fees and special choreography classes are an additional cost.
  • All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment. Complete refunds will be issued for classes cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
  • Joining or switching classes after December is not guaranteed and at the discretion of Carole and the instructor.
  • All student placements are subject to teacher evaluation. Class ages and levels are dependent on maturity and experience. The instructor has ultimate discretion on class placement.
  • Toddlers (.5 hour) and Adults have special registration, show and costume privileges. Please inquire.

This table provides a discount for taking multiple dance classes per week, September to May. All taxes are included. Fees are averaged over the dance year. If registering late in the year, the chart is not applicable. Contact the studio for fees. Late registration is not guaranteed.

How to Register:

 

  1. Pick classes for each dancer.
  2. Find length of class on the Classes/Schedule pages. Add up total dance hours PER DANCER.
  3. Look up the total hours PER DANCER in the fee table to determine fee. Note: The table provides a discount for taking multiple classes per week.
  4. Give 15% discount to 2nd, 3rd, 4th family members (before registration fee). Discounts are applied to family members with the lesser monthly fees.
  5. Choose payment options. See above.
  6. $30 registration fee per family is due at time of registration (excluding adult, toddler ½ hour, special sessions.)
  7. Costume $65 PER CLASS included in payment plan November 15, 2019. (Excluding adult classes and special sessions.)
  8. Sign agreements for credit card or PAD payments.
  9. Complete and sign registration agreement form.
